In 1988, Round Rock was still a “sleepy little town” and many people thought the owners were crazy to open a restaurant in the back of a parking lot with no visibility.
While the location was not the best, the owners knew that the key to a successful restaurant is offering quality entrees served in generous portions at value prices.
It did not take long for the word to spread about our great food and service. Within five years we had outgrown
We were the first restaurant in Round Rock to offer fresh home-made tortillas and as you
come through the doors at our present location, you will see one of our tortilla makers pressing the
dough to make fresh flour and corn tortillas.
In December 1994 we moved to a location on Interstate 35 just south of where we are
today. We purchased the property where we presently are, built this restaurant and moved in on
August 30, 2002.
There have been many changes since November 1988, but one thing has remained the
